Congolese Community of Washington State is a Community-based 501(C)3 non-profit organization incorporated in the State of Washington,
The Community exists since 1989. It has been founded by Congolese Immigrants to create a support network and to stand as the main hub of
services for all people of Congolese descent living in the State of Washington.
The Community is led by a President, who is elected for a term defined by the status of the Community.
Dr. Victorien Bonshe is the current President since January 2021, Mr. Francois Bukasa is the Vice-President.
The Community strives to offer to Congolese immigrants open doors to the numerous opportunities that can help with
their social and economic integration into the American society.
Many services are being provided to respond to the identified needs of the community .
We are working to help and facilitate the integration of Congolese people in the Unites States.
And to bring together all children of Congo, making efforts to promote and share the Congolese cultural values which is the legacy we will leave to the generations to come .
